How does it works?
care instruction
1: Please place your wool felt portrait in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight, humid places (such as bathrooms, kitchens) and heat sources (such as radiators, air conditioner blowers).
2: For small dust on the surface, gently brush it off with a soft-bristled brush (such as a makeup brush or a soft wool brush) in the direction of the wool fiber. Do not rub or scrub hard, to avoid fluff loss or shape damage. Do not use any detergents, disinfectants or chemical cleaning agents, which will corrode the wool fiber and fade the handmade clay parts.
3: If the wool curls or the small details (such as ears, paws) are slightly deformed due to transportation or placement, you can use a low-temperature steam iron, set to 110-130℃ wool gear, and pad a thin cotton cloth to gently press the deformed part for 3-5 seconds. Then let it cool completely to reshape, do not iron directly or use high temperature. For the paw parts with adjustable steel wire inside, adjust the position gently and slowly, do not bend the wire hard to avoid breaking.
4: If your portrait is inlaid with real fur, ash, whiskers or other precious details, avoid touching these parts frequently with your hands, and clean them only with a soft brush to prevent falling off or loss. The handmade clay nose, mouth and hand-painted eyes are delicate and easy to crack if collided. Please avoid knocking the portrait against hard objects, and move it with both hands when taking it to ensure even force.

Clear pictures are essential (the more, the better!): a front view, right side, left side, and a close-up of their face that captures their expression the best.

Our current estimated turnaround time is 1-3 months for completion, with an additional 7-15 days for shipping.
3: How do you make sure i am happy with my wool felted pet?
we will show you photos/videos after finished, when you confirm all details, we will arrange shippment.
4: what if i want cancel my order?
If you choose to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it (before we commence work on your project), we will provide a full refund. Cancellations for work in progress will be refunded at 50% of the total price.
